AAKC was established in 1974 to serve the apartment industry. CAP has joined as a supplier partner to provide services to this industry. Together, we are contributing towards the state's economy and beautification. We partner with other AAKC suppliers to implement the latest asphalt services to save owners/managers on their bottom line. Our primary mission is to help our customers solve their pavement maintenance problems.
IFMA has over 40 years of knowledge and expertise in facilities management. Between the networking and educational offerings, they help empower facility managers and suppliers solve high level challenges. As the world changes and adapts to the “new normal”, IFMA members continue to grow and support each other. This partnership has benefited both organizations tremendously. The Hotel and Lodging Association of Greater Kansas City has been developing working relationships between hotels and suppliers since 1928. This has helped encourage all members to adhere to the highest ethical standards of the industry. CAP joined HLA in 2021 to partner with the finest hotels in the greater Kansas City area. This has led us to numerous contracts within the city. HLA also has a 501(c)(3) foundation, the Educational Foundation of the Hotel and Lodging Association of Greater Kansas City, that contributed towards the hospitality scholarship program. CAP truly believes in helping America’s future by supporting the city’s youth.
