Allen Conway brings over 15 years of experience in the paving industry and currently serves as President of Conway Asphalt. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Missouri Western State University. Outside of work, Allen enjoys traveling, cheering on the Kansas City Royals, and cruising in his Jeep Wrangler.

Bart Danler serves as Vice President of Business Development and Project Management at Conway Asphalt, bringing over a decade of leadership in pavement solutions across the Kansas City region. Bart combines deep industry expertise with a practical, relationship-driven approach to client engagement—leading marketing, lead generation, and end-to-end project oversight for complex asphalt and concrete jobs. Known as a “parking lot problem solver,” Bart helps clients identify the right strategy for their surfaces and ensures projects are delivered with precision, professionalism, and long-term value.

Known for her strong client relationships and data-driven project planning, Kim leads efforts from initial scope and pricing to final execution. Her focus on clear communication, accurate estimating, and collaborative coordination ensures each project aligns with customer goals and Conway’s high standards.
